a) Client Services: Our Platform provides a service to connect clients ("Clients") with registered Buyers Agents ("Agents") who can assist them in their property buying journey. Clients are not required to pay for our services.
b) Agent Selection: We facilitate the connection between Clients and Agents, but we do not guarantee the quality, suitability, or performance of any Agents. Clients are responsible for conducting their due diligence, research, and assessment of Agents before engaging their services.
a) Accuracy of Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about their property preferences, requirements, and contact details.
b) Assessment of Agents: Clients are responsible for evaluating and selecting Agents based on their own judgment, preferences, and requirements. We recommend conducting interviews, reviewing credentials, and seeking references before making a decision.
c) Engaging with Agents: Clients are responsible for engaging Agents and entering into any agreements or arrangements for their services. We are not a party to any such agreements or arrangements and are not liable for any disputes or issues arising from the engagement.
a) Disclaimer: We do not endorse, recommend, or warrant the quality, suitability, or performance of any Agents listed on our Platform. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided by Agents or their representations.
b) Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold BuyerAgentFinder harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, engagement with Agents, or any disputes or issues related to Agents' services.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information on the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
